Just sharing for anyone struggling. I've got a calf injury right now, but I'm down 40 lbs since Christmas last year. Combo of working out, GLP1, and regular doctor visits changed my life. No more plantar fasciitis and my gout has gotten so much better. Getting closer goal to my goal of 190 lbs.

Not sure where all this flower discourse started, but I've been married for 16 years. I buy different ones. Sometimes its grocery store flowers, sometimes its home depot, and bigger occasions I get fancy ones shipped. Sometimes I buy potted flowers in silly cups. Mix it up and make it fun.
