I live in a small town with my son. I can't leave the small town because my girlfriend's son also lives here. So, the opportunity that exists is only what my small town offers. And it isn't much.

I can probably get it going for about $15k. Like I said, it's a unique concept with very low overhead. I am planning to have delivery with e-bikes to start since I am in a small town of around 5,000. It won't be a traditional sit down restaurant, just some seats against a wall to sit and eat.
