Sherlock and I visited The Sandbanks on beautiful Lake Ontario. We decided to write his name in the sand, along with the year to commemorate our visit. We had a great time there and he even played in the water. Keep an eye out for more of our adventures. 😀🐶

I started in the spring, after eating like a pig all winter, also because my new doctor told me I better lose some weight. When I started, I averaged over 15 minutes a kilometre, now I average 10.5 a kilometre and have lost 30 pounds. If I can do it, anyone can. 😀

I just watched the movie, Exit 8 which is about a guy trapped in an unsettling maze of underground subway corridors. It pleasantly surprised me. If you’re looking for an inventive, anxiety-inducing, and unsettlingly immersive movie to watch, with loads of existential dread, check this one out. 😀
