Hilariously terrible call by the NFL. "Juice" pretends to drink juice. Nothing new. #49ers But oh man I love George Kittle. 🤣 sfist.com/2026/09/25/n...
The Chronicle reports that Kittle, one of Juszczyk’s closest friends, also piled on, joking that Juszczyk, who's very health conscious, barely drinks beer. Kittle later posted a photo of Juszczyk holding a Bud Light — the NFL's official beer sponsor, and tagged the NFL in the comments, writing, “this guy is a menace.” Kittle then reportedly joked that the team had voted to stop calling Juszczyk “Juice” and make his new nickname “Beer.”

Reminds me of this.
A four-panel, black-and-white comic illustrating the concept of "drug-sniffing cats." It humorously contrasts the expected obedience of working animals with the stereotypical apathy and rebellious nature of cats.

Panel 1: Displays only the title text, "DRUG SNIFFING CATS", in large, bold, outlined capital letters.

Panel 2: Two cats are positioned next to a large, black rolling suitcase. The cat on the left is lying down and has a speech bubble saying, "LOT OF HEROIN IN HERE". The cat on the right is sitting upright and replies, "YEAH. SHALL WE TELL THE HUMANS?".

Panel 3: A close-up of the cat from the left side of the previous panel. It is now visible that the cat is wearing a dark uniform vest with "POLICE" printed on the bottom edge. The cat stares blankly off-panel with a neutral, unbothered expression. There is no text in this panel.

Panel 4: The exact same illustration as Panel 3, but the cat now has a speech bubble that bluntly states, "Fuck the state".

And #Copilot built it for me on MacOS in no time.
A macOS Terminal window is running a dark‑themed text editor that mimics the classic MS‑DOS edit interface. The screen shows a single line of text, “Hello, MacOS! :)”, with a status bar at the bottom displaying line, column, encoding, and indentation details.

I could program a little web server into this, or, I can convert it to #ESPHome and it shows up natively in #HomeAssistant. Easy!

A little #ESP8266 project for the week: My cat keeps jumping on the countertops in the kitchen. So here's the quick & dirty prototype: a motion sensor, passive buzzer, and button for arming and disarming. The buzzer is configured to play a 1-second warbling high pitched tone.
An ESP8266 development board attached to a circuit breadboard. It has a PIR (motion) sensor, button, and small black passive buzzer. Jumper wires connecting the breadboard to components in black, red, yellow, blue, and green are shown.

This guy spit on me in Bolivia but was otherwise a charming fellow.
A man wearing a blue cap, dark sunglasses, and a dark puffer jacket with a red backpack stands facing a brown llama with a rope halter. They are on a sunlit dirt and grassy area near a small harbor. In the background, groups of people are gathered near several docked boats, some boarding or disembarking. A tree-covered hillside and a few structures rise behind the harbor, with a clear sky and distant water visible.

This image shows three app icons on a mobile device screen, likely grouped into a folder. Each icon represents a different AI assistant app:
	1.	ChatGPT – A white icon with a black interlocking knot design, labeled “ChatGPT” underneath.
	2.	Perplexity – A black icon with a white geometric pattern resembling a stylized compass rose or abstract tree, labeled “Perplexity.”
	3.	Claude – An orange icon with a white burst or sunburst design, labeled “Claude.”

They all look kind of like buttholes.

The background is slightly blurred, emphasizing the app icons.

Also, an update from the original poster.
I made a post a few days ago detailing the events in the last few months between Canada and the USA. American friends of mine seemed completely in the dark about it, so I figured I may as well. I thought 6 people would read it and go on with their lives. I vented my frustration and confusion that it didn't seem like Americans cared about what was happening.
I was wrong.
My post has been shared by almost 30,000 people - mostly Americans. I've received HUNDREDS of messages from Americans showing their support. Most had no idea this was happening and said that it wasn't being covered in the news.
I got messages from people telling me that they cried after reading my post because of how much they love Canadians and don't want to see this happen. I got message after message thanking me for my courage in posting it, something I don't think I deserve.
I didn't get a single negative message. Not a single one.
A sincere and heartfelt thank you go out to the thousands of Americans yesterday that restored my faith in humanity and reignited my hope for a better tomorrow.
Our Canadian and American grandfathers once stormed the beaches of Normandy, shoulder to shoulder, with that same hope.
Let's make em proud.

Yeah I just saw the new article. I had checked the curbs today and they looked legit, but you mentioned they fixed some with gray paint and redid them. And lo and behold….
A sidewalk corner with a cracked and weathered concrete surface. The curb is painted gray, with a section of red paint labeled “NO PARKING” near the corner. Adjacent to the curb is an asphalt road with faint stains and marks. A sloped yellow tactile paving area is visible at the intersection for accessibility, alongside a metal pole near the edge of the sidewalk.
