Rome @romew.bsky.social · 30/09/2026New Gears of War E-Day controller just arrived and its beautiful. Very hype for tomorrow! 000 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 29/09/2026Anyways, heres some more pics of my gorgeous Gears Of War E-Day Special Edition. Very very excited for Thursday. 000 0

Rome @romew.bsky.social · 25/09/2026My 9 most influential games that made me the gamer I am today. Kept to 1 per franchise, most of them the first I played from each series. my9games.com/en/s/966991d... 100 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 23/09/2026Now playing: Fire Emblem Fortune's Weave. Will I finish it before Gears E-Day in a week? I dont stand a chance lol. 000 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 22/09/2026Game 22- Star Wars Zero Company I was excited for ZC since it was first announced but I was blown away with just how good ZC is. If you like tactics games, you'll like this. If you like Star Wars, you'll really like this. I love Zero Company, despite some performance issues. A GOTY contender. 010 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 10/09/2026Hideo Kojima says Playstation was going to cancel Physint back in June. Xbox is saving the project. What an absolute fumble. 010 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 08/09/2026New Sixers/ Flyers Arena looks cool. Most importantly, it's staying at the South Philly sports complex. So I'm happy. 110 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 07/09/2026I stopped reading Polygon a while ago and its braindead internet takes like this that are part of the reason why. GOTY talk is completely subjective but even then this is an absolute insanely bad take. Theres been so many great games this year and more are coming out over the next 3 months. 000 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 27/08/2026Game 21- Halo Campaign Evolved (Finished) Ultimately kind of an underwhelming remake. No multiplayer and remix mode was a miss for me. The 3 new levels were pretty good though. Its Halo which is great and the remake fits the 25th Xbox anniversary. Outside environments looked great too. 100 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 18/08/2026Game 20- Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynched (Completed) I would definitely be interested in getting more AC remakes in the future. Some of the older titles (1+3) could really use some work. Some of the new features were a little underwhelming but I liked the new story content alot. 100 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 01/08/2026Tony Khan is just the best. Pro wrestling doesn't deserve him. 000 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 16/07/2026Game 19- Doom: The Dark Ages Revelations (Completed) Better than the base game. Revelations really felt like a game of its own. The new spear mechanic really ramped up the gameplay, I loved balancing between using the spear and the shield. Hopefully this isn't the last we see from ID. 100 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 14/07/2026That's awesome! Ive always loved the Eagle being vital to AC. The new Gears of War game takes place in a city where their sports team are the Eagles, and that makes me so happy. 010 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 13/07/2026I discovered an anti-piracy easter egg in the new Doom: The Dark Ages DLC. Looked it up and its pretty on point with older Doom games anti-piracy screens. Love finding stuff like this. 000 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 12/07/2026Game 18- Doom: The Dark Ages (Completed) I missed out on Doom: The Dark Ages last year but wanted to change that when I had time this year. I enjoyed my time, I think its the second best in the trilogy. ID makes great FPS's. Getting ready to start the Revelations expansion now. 100 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 01/07/2026Game 17- Star Fox (2026) I loved Star Fox. Sure, it lacks the campiness of the original. But it adds so much exposition and improves on the lore. It fills out thebstory to make much more sense. It's the best looking game on Switch 2 & I hope @velanstudios.com gets to make a new entry in the series. 100 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 26/06/2026We're so back. First time enjoying a GOOD new Star Fox game since the GameCube. I finally feel hopeful for the future of the series. 000 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 24/06/2026Game 16- Star Fox (SNES)(Finished) Yeah, Im really excited for a New Star Fox lol. 100 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 22/06/2026Game 15- The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD (Completed) Continuing my Zelda series playthrough for the 40th anniversary (plus very excited for Ocarina of Time Remake). Wind Waker is one of my favorite games of all time. A timeless classic. 100 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 18/06/2026Game 14- 007 First Light (Completed) First light is incredible. It perfectly nailed the 007 franchise feel and holds its own in the series. I thought First Light was just gonna be a Hitman game with a 007 skin but its more than that. Its currently my game of the year, half way through the year. 100 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 10/06/2026Game 13- Forza Horizion 6 (Finished) Not typically a racing fan but I checked out Forza Horizion 6 on Gamepass and loved it. Its just a fun video game. I'd challenge Playground to do a bit more narrative in future titles. Its the last thing this series is missing. 100 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 10/06/2026Ocarina of Time is the game that hooked me on video games. A formative game for me. It's really special. Really wanted to see more but its fine. Can't wait. 000 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 01/06/2026OG Team: Charizard Pidgeot Nidoking Butterfree Raticate Gyarados 90% sure this was my OG Team from my early Pokemon Red days when I was like 7. Raticate may have been swapped out mid game. 000 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 30/05/2026Game 12- Pokémon Fire Red (Finished) Celebrated Pokémon's 30th with the switch port of Fire Red. Went with Blastoise on this playthrough (Sorry Charizard). 100 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 24/05/2026Good morning and Happy #AEW Double or Nothing day to those who celebrate! 150 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 16/05/2026Game 11- Mixtape (Completed) Simply put, a masterpiece. An incredible experience that really resonated with me. The ending had me emotional as the credits hit. A shining example of the art form. 100 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 12/05/2026Game 10- Replaced (Finished) The last third is really solid and does some cool stuff, but I was overall pretty disappointed with Replaced. Gameplay just didnt do anything for me, early narrative didnt really grab me and while the presentation is good, it didnt meet my expectations from the trailers 100 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 11/05/2026Currently playing Replaced, and a Philly mention has been sighted. Honestly, sounds like this poor guy just didnt have it in him to handle Philly sports. 000 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 07/05/2026I always really enjoy Dark Side of the Ring. Glad its back, cant wait for that 3 part TNA special. 100 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 04/05/2026Game 9- Life is Strange: Double Exposure (Completed) The plot gets really convoluted half way through but it seems like this is really setting the series up for a big future story arch. Its nice to have Max back in the series too. Shes a fantastic character and I'm happy the focus is back on her. 100 0
Rome @romew.bsky.social · 26/04/2026Game 8- The Legend Of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD (Completed) Continuing my playthrough of the Zelda series, Skyward Sword is such a polarizing game to me. There's things I love about it and things I hate about. Incredible story, dungeons and fan service. Awful overworld, side content and repetition. 110 0
