It's a beautiful weekend for our annual retreat, at Oceanstone Resort (also a cozy spot when it storms).
Gift bags for attendees, on a table. Each has a sticker relating to romance novels, for example, "Enemies to Lovers Book Club."Inside a rustic cottage, with a wood stove burning in the corner. Through windows and French doors is a deck, trees, and the ocean. The deck is wet and it's raining outside. View of the ocean from a wooden deck, on a foggy evening. A rocky beach and a few evergreen trees are in the foreground. Looking down from a deck at chairs around a firepit, on the edge of a small beach rocky beach. It's late on a sunny day, and the firepit area is in the shade.

Our favourite proposal location in Atlantic Canada: Heart-shaped Pond (Julie's Pond), Hemlock Ravine Park, Halifax, Nova Scotia. Location proposed by Deanne Ouest, photos by @trcovell.bsky.social. See our website for more details about this location - link in bio.
Three photos of a pond, shaped like a tall romantic heart. It is cloudy fall day, so there are lots of leaves on the ground, and behind the pond there are evergreens, bare trees, and trees with golden leaves. A light rain naturally increased the colour saturation, and the pond has ripples from the rain drops.
