As someone who hasn't finished reading Dune, the Part 2 movie had a lot of twists in it that really surprised me. Can't wait to see how Frank Herbert did it originally, because the film was fantastic!! 🏜️

Am I the only guy who shaves in the shower? I feel like it's way easier/more convenient than constantly splashing your face with water, and I cut myself less that eay as well

"I Asked an AI To Write This Poem"

"Upon the canvas of the night we paint,
With words, emotions, love, and righteous plaint."
(That sudden legal jargon sure is quaint)

"Through valleys deep and mountains soaring high,
We seek the truths that make the soul comply."
("No plagiarism yet" --second AI)

"With every breath, a sonnet takes its flight,
To pierce the darkness, bring the day to light."
(If only it were so effortless, right?)

"In melodies of hope, we find our song,
A symphony of life, both weak and strong."
(Which doesn't tell us much, but it's not wrong)

"So let us dance upon the threads of rhyme,
Embrace the beauty woven through our time."
(You know, there's almost something to these lines)

"For in the verses penned with heartfelt grace,
We find the essence of the human race."
(What irony for programs to retrace)

A chatbot doesn't know what these words mean,
It reconstructs the text on other screens.
(Without consent of those who wrote, it seems)

Yet I can parse a purpose to its speech;
Recycled data transforms when I read.
(Without a thinking mind, no word's complete)

My two oldest younger brothers and some of their friends just released this amazing song! 🤩 Y'all should listen to it immediately! You can also find it on Amazon Music (but I haven't been able to find it on Spotify, so 🤷) music.youtube.com/watch?v=xVzt...

Stayed up till almost midnight with my brother-in-law after his birthday dinner watching him play Ratchet & Clank and ranting to him about my isekai novel series that I intend to write in the future. To borrow an old-fashioned idiom, I feel like a million dollars 💰😁

Dear people who make fortune cookies: I get that the fortunes are probably AI generated, but you could at least vet them first. Cause some of these are just not right 😂
