I am once again asking for a friend, where does the line between parenting and indoctrination lie? Also @DoctorSpork please see enclosed evidence of my superhuman self restraint. #Nerdlings

My big ass on a chair is holding a piece of art from Outrages Press while the Monkey wears 3D glasses to view it.

That bigger lump of cloth is now done, but that was a slog, a slog managed, but a slog. Also that ProAcyrl 1 Step Dark Blue Black is a gorgeous colour. #TheOldWorld #MiniaturePainting #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #Nerdlings

An Averlander Warhammer Fantasy army as a WIP - now the black cloths are done.

@erikcats not quite 600 - but maybe more than a sane person would try to batch paint.

- Made a rather decent Rhubarb Jam with the last of the harvest (don’t @ me with your late harvesting jibes). - Made a right, total, consumate arse of some Soda Bread. - Four more Chaos fellies got base coats on and a pre-highlights wash on. (Snap of the minis as […] [Original post on dice.camp]

Tester model done on a first Chaos Warrior. Trim did not, in fact, send me insane. Really, it was actually a rather nice mini to paint despite feeling pretty detailed. #WarhammerCommunity #Warhammer #TheOldWorld #MiniaturePainting #Painting #Miniatures #Nerdlings

Got priming the first regiment of Chaos Warriors today, but had space on the stick and added a trio of heroes. First two built from spare parts from the Warriors Sprues and some green stuff. The third fella is a AOS Champion with a Marauder Head and a very big […] [Original post on dice.camp]

Squirrelled a couple of minutes away to get one of the new Chaos Warriors built. Oh how I am smitten. Very cool modern interpretation of the creepy hunched warriors of my youth. #Warhammer #WarhammerCommunity #Hobby

In other “it’s good to be home” news - I’d worried that the spate of hot weather would mean I’d miss the harvest in the fields around the house. Looks like I’ve made it back in time enough. Highly recommend walking to a suitable spot to enjoy sunset in fields of […] [Original post on dice.camp]

On that other island. 27 Degrees. It’s come to me Painting with my feet in a kids pool. Apparently the sun brings out murderous intent on me as I’ve started painting up some Nightlords for a Murderwing KT for a game next week. 1 (nearly) down. 5 to go. #KillTeam […] [Original post on dice.camp]

Monkey decided after swimming we’d do “Painting”. Which was lovely. Day round off with Chicken Run. Monkey #painting Goblins, she’s reading “Nobody likes a Goblin” - whoever mentioned it here - thank you, she’s daft on Goblin and Julia’s House. I got some […] [Original post on dice.camp]

Knew I wasn’t going to manage enough time tonight to sit down to Felix again - so I took some prepared slayers and thought I’d spend 10 minutes throwing some contrast paint at one to see if he’d come up nicely. #MiniaturePainting #WarhammerFantasy #Miniatures […] [Original post on dice.camp]

A Halfing, Rollleaf Drumlinhat, Master of the Pot on a barge of the Stir River Patrol. Halfing Cook from the Mordheim range. On a scenic base, painted in green and white livery. The base has a skeleton peering out of the base choking and pointing. My first entry in @Berit’s #FediPaint

Luthor Wolfenbaum, narrator of the Mordheim Rulebook defending a find of Wyrdstone from what he will later describe as a Skaven horde (it’s lots of sewer rats), he’s dressed in Marienburger Livery of red, yellow, and blue. As all of these are another FediPaint entry.

Unnamed, as of yet Dark Elf Noble peering over his masses of troops on an ice cliff. A small wyvern perches on his shoulder. Another FediPaint entry.

Four Cultists of the Possessed from the Mordheim range positioned on a scenic, glowing well base, they are dressed in dirty black and white robes covered in patterns. Again, another FediPaint entry.
