Some signs of life from Cal Raleigh... Better contact over the past couple of weeks, but the results haven’t quite caught up yet. Here’s to hoping that’ll change down the final stretch in August and September. 🤞🏻

Less than three months ago, via Rhett Bollinger of MLB dot com. Hmm, funny! What say you, Mike?

From Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com on April 5:

Trout said he understands why Mariners pitchers have
been throwing inside, but said they need to do a better job of locating.
"We know where they're trying to get me out, fastballs up and in, so it's just frustrating," Trout said. "You know, if you can't control it up there, you shouldn't do it. So it is what it is."

There are a lot of problems with this team, namely an inconsistent offense. However, Dan becomes a poster child for it all when he provides us images like this one. Installed as manager on the same day as his predecessor’s firing, by the way.
