If there is @atstore.fyi for apps, there is @atmosphere.games for #ATgames. atmosphere.games Discover which #games are integrated with the #ATmosphere! #gaming #ATgaming

Every rolld page now points back at your record rolld pages now say which atproto record they're showing, right there in the HTML, so any tool can walk from a rolld URL back to the record on your own PDS. cc @chrisshank.com skypress.blog/@rolld.at/my-game-log…

A note on how rolld stores your games Your game logs store a name snapshot, not just a BGG id, so they still read as yours even if BGG or rolld disappears. Here's the thinking behind some of the design choices of rolld. skypress.blog/@rolld.at/my-game-log…

A few days ago I wrote about @rolld.at, the little board game tracker I built on the AT Protocol. As I mentioned then, this is very much a learning experiment for me. In this post, I'd like to come back to a few of my struggles and the things I learned while designing it.

Is my ATProto app actually decentralized?
A few days ago I wrote about rolld, the little board game tracker I built on the AT Protocol. As I mentioned then, this is very much a learning experiment for me, a way to play with ATProto and learn about it. In this post, I'd like to come back to a few of my struggles and the things I learned while designing it.

The cool thing about games in the Atmosphere is that we can work together and share records easily. For instance we have a new unlock-able magic kick in chaos.soccer but you need to get it through another game... we'll let you guess which one.

For years my board game log lived in a little WordPress plugin. rolld.at is my next small experiment: the same log, rebuilt on the AT Protocol, where each play is a record on your own PDS. Give it a try, let me know what you think (and you can follow @rolld.at!)

rolld: I put my board game logs on AT Protocol

rolld.at is live :) rolld is live. It's a board game tracker where your plays live on your own PDS, not in someone's database. Come log a game. :) skypress.blog/@rolld.at/my-game-log…
