With some drivers, you can try to reason and explain why that's terrible on multiple fronts. Others not. That's about the same altitude as the Blue Mountains or other parts of Australia's Great Dividing Range and I have baked plenty of cakes at that altitude in my life. That is not to say that high altitude wouldn't affect cooking/baking. 130
