May I humbly submit an American post-Thanksgiving delicacy: Leftover Stuffing Waffles

Toasted bread cubes for stuffing, in a white bowl

Casserole dish of Thanksgiving stuffing (though technically 'dressing' in this case since it has not been stuffed into anything/anyone)

Leftover stuffing that has been mixed with eggs and stock and cooked in a waffle iron. Served with leftover cranberry sauce and gravy.

Apparently yesterday The Dubliner in Boston closed to give their staff a much-needed break after 2 weeks of World Cup. Because in their words, "Nothing is happening in Boston today." [It was the first England match] Which is to say, my ham and cheese toastie today was delicious :9

* It should not add attribution to changes that were not done by AI.

I mean they hold a dear place in my heart as well as having an important spot in confectionery history, but speaking objectively I gotta call out Necco Wafers. Can I interest you in a nice licorice crunch-disc, or would you prefer the clove?
