Kay is sitting on top of his enormous sac and sheath in a kitchen, the combined ballooning higher than the counters. He looks a little lost in the pleasure of his own bits inflation, tongue sticking out, while resting one handpaw on his sheath as he keeps a home water carbonator like a soda stream or drinkmate stuffed into his sheath tip to pump the gas into it.

There's a lot of empty spent tanks on the floor being rolled over by his inflating sac, and another in his other handpaw behind him.
