Most of Arumae's scars were erased when he was remade in void and they were mostly just superficial from battle + claw marks from the felbat he consumed. His top surgery scars covered by his Illidari tattoos and now his only other notable scars are his torn ears and lip scar.

Percival had his death wound covered(gunshot through the lungs) with skin grafts and flesh crafting because he's a pussy, so his most notable scars are his eye scars and notched ear(from killing a worgen in his youth), his split lip(from a duel) and his back scars(from the worgen that cursed him)
