i tried drawing a few days back, but as i worked on it my head hurt so much, ik it feels like a waste of time but resting is important also just because smth is easy, doesnt mean doing it 100 times is i can tell when my legs hurt from just standing up too, but its hard to tell when my head is 1/?

#rockytherapy i think the **idea** of a friend asking you to do smth youre not 100% comfortable with is not always bad if they ask you to take a shower so you guys can hangout, that seems fair if they ask you to smoke or smth, that could be too much and "not hanging out" isnt huge by itself
