Trans Artist Of The Day @transartists.bsky.social · 01/02/2025

Today's Trans Artist is: Rocky Fuller! Rocky is a transmasculine nonbinary writer, illustrator, & comic flatter with a great attention for detail! Where to find him: Bluesky: @rocky-fuller-art.bsky.social FurAffinity: furaffinity.net/user/rockyfuller/ Ko-fi: ko-fi.com/hitaka Examples of his work:

Fan art of Kung Fu Panda 2 of Boss Wolf and Lord Shen. Boss Wolf is holding his studded hammer over and behind his head. Lord Shen is holding knives in one hand and a sword in the other. The background is stone walls, a red steel door, and a red tiled floor.

A collab piece between @clovercur.bsky.social and @rocky-fuller-art.bsky.social

A reference sheet of a feral wolf character. Text at the top reads "Of Plights and Honor by Kylie Peterson and Rocky Fuller." Text on the right says "Fenn" - the character's name.

4 panel comic. First panel shows a red and black wolf sleeping under a tree. Second panel is a close up of the wolf. Third panel shows the wolf waking up and start snarling/growling. Fourth panel shows a second wolf, who is grey and cream colored, approaching the first wolf.

A 3 panel comic. First panel shows a big cat with wings and a grey and white wolf looking up at the sky. Second panel is a human sitting, wearing a purple cloak and horse riding boots, shielding his eyes with one arm, as his hair is blown back. Third panel shows a pegasus with a bridle and saddle, rearing back in fear.

Read the Alt text on the images for a better understanding of what I've explained bc I'm not the best at technical explanations. The images make way more sense than my poopy writing

Finally finished this. If I work non-stop on something like this, it'd take me at least 1-2 days to finish, less than half a day for 1 character This was done as an Edgelord #art style #lineart example and practice to improve the speed on the method I use #commsopen #eels #aquatic #fanart #Disney

Coloring page of Flotsam and Jetsam, 2 evil eels, from The Little Mermaid. There's bubbles and the outside of Ursula's evil lair behind them

Same coloring page as image 1, but the background is gone. I used my Edgelord (name in progress) art style using SAI 2's linework layer feature

Sharing my wing tutorial for bluesky people! It's light and focuses on propatagium, something that I often found missing when working on client designs. Lastly, check the Alt. text for some commentary. Hope it's helpful! #artsky #tutorial #art #wings #sciart

The image shows oversimplified and idealised wings. Great for some fantasy settings but the bone structure is totally awry.

This image focuses on the leading edge of the wing - the propatagium. It's a membrane that fills the gap between the wrist and shoulder, creating a nice aerodynamic shape.

Final image shows skeletal schematic of the flying vertebrates forelimb: the bat, the bird, the pterosaur. With a funny comparison to the human hand.

One of the few less than a minute timelapses I've done. This is me drawing Zira looking like she's running and yelling "Scar, I'm pregnant!" to Scar offscreen. This was meant for my "Scar is good and Mufasa is evil" fan fic

Many years back, I started a "basic shapes of animals" project that I didn't get far with bc lazy, and I noticed the #giraffe head looked like a diving #airplane XD I made a gif, but the site doesn't support them yet

Image 1: Head and neck of a giraffe on a white background with the words "This is a giraffe" next to it

Image 2: Same as Image 1, but there's a red outline of the basic shapes of a giraffe head next to it with the words "This is a giraffe that looks like a diving airplane" above it
