I think I've been seriously underestimating Los Angeles. Researching to prep for a wedding next week and wow. Not interested in Hollywood stuff, but -- DTLA! Koreatown! Little Tokyo! Chinatown! All the Frank Lloyd Wright! Malibu beaches! Los Feliz! I'm in love a little.

My toxic trait is continuing to buy Sims 4 expansion packs even though they are mostly soulless and full of bugs. 😬 #sims4 #enchantedbynature #nowplaying

My friend found audio of the entire Elliott Smith show we went to in 1999 in Cincinnati. What a crazy time capsule. I remember distinctly (indelibly) he got frustrated with his own songs & instead played a beautiful cover of "Harvest Moon." How was this 26 (!) years ago?? youtu.be/Ai7yDga5NAY?...

Randomly decided to watch the Sparklehorse doc again last night, so today's news is especially surreal. I hope David and Mark are hanging out in some ethereal, cosmic studio today, talking gear or sitting in companionable silence, unbothered and to their hearts' content. #darknightofthesoul
