I feel like if we didn't have the earlier episodes paced as-is, we'd be lamenting a lack of setting establishment and goofy antics akin to the whole "mystical adventure" thing. Granted, I'm happy that we're in go-mode now, was definitely nervous we'd spend an episode in the Kraken's stomach.
