Rudi Stern: Jeff’s Bike (1984) Considered the primary architect of the 20th-century neon revival, Rudi Stern’s influence on the craft is unmatched. This work, 61 1/4"×37 1/2", is currently in the studio for restoration & refresh. Note: the bike frame is black light, so almost no visible light.
