I am happy to announce that "The Old Sage", the first book of our PF2E compatible "The Council of Gothmoor" cycle, is now available for sale on DriveThruRPG, both as PDF and as PoD version! 😎 You can order your copy here: www.drivethrurpg.com/product/5846... #RPG #TTRPG #PF2e #pathfinder2e #TCoG

The photo shows the printed version of the book.
It shows an old, shorter round tower close to a mountain side, with some vegetation around it. At the top, "Valtetine" is printed in large yellow letters, with the subtitle "The Forgotten Continent" below it in white.
In the same smaller font, the next line reads "The Council of Gothmoor Cycle", again in white text, with the module title "The Old Sage" in large, white letters below it.
At the bottom, the text "Book One" (in yellow, a bit larger than the white subtitle) can be found, with "An Adventure for Character Level 1 by Stefan Giesen" below it.
Further below, the standard "Pathfinder Compatible" image can be found (the one used for PF2E).

Great news! I finished proofreading "The Old Sage", and uploaded it to DriveThruRPG. Now I have to wait for the printer's OK, then I can order my proof print, and once that one has arrived and looks good, I can finally publish the new adventure! #RPG #TTRPG #PF2e #pathfinder2e #TCoG

For the adventure, enemies, NPC, and accomplishments needed to be adjusted for the group being able to level up. I'm working on treasures right now, then I'll have to make sure the page layouts are looking good, and, finally, to do a last round of proofreading. #RPG #TTRPG #PF2e #pathfinder2e #TCoG

The screenshot shows a LibreOffice Calc table, used to calculate the XP Budgets for all monsters, NPC, and accomplishments in the adventure, in order to check if the characters will be able to level up as intended.
All monster, NPC, tasks, and locations are smudged to become unreadable, to not give away too much of the adventure.

This week, I was able to finalize all maps for "The Old Sage" and to finish the introduction and first chapter. I also started the descriptions for the second one. As usual, it takes longer than anticipated and hoped for, but I'm still happy with my progress. 🤓 #RPG #TTRPG #PF2e #pathfinder2e #TCoG

The image shows the lower floor of one of the locations in the adventure. There is a spiral staircase on the western side of a round tower, connected to large room by a short, but wider hallway. There are two rooms both north and south of the large room, and some simple furniture, chests, and barrels can be seen in all rooms. There are two large statues in front of the eastern wall, too. All doors seem to be missing in the whole complex.

The updated map of the Kingdom of Aroath. The coastline and deep sea borders have been changed from being full hexes to now being a nice smooth line, with some added colour effects.
Additionally, the Boltern Wood part of the map has been adjusted to better reflect the smaller region map in regards to which hexes are actually part of the Boltern Wood.

I've finished another illustration for ANDERS, which shows some armour and shields. This means that I now have all illustrations I need to publish the core rules, the only thing left to do is another round of proofreading (I'm using CC/PD images for all other illustrations). #AndersRPG #TTRPG #RPG

The illustration shows in its first row 5 different armour types (from left to right): a yellow/blue gambeson, a longer chain mail shirt, a leather breast plate with leather tassets, a simple brigandine with similar tassets, and finally a metal breast plate.
The second row shows 5 different colourful decorated shields (from left to right): a buckler, a round shield, a kite shield, a scutum, and a large pavise.

I'm still waiting for some quotes from some of the artist, but in the meantime, I have already finished the "Weapons Table" illustration for ANDERS' core rule book myself, and am now working on the "Armour and Shields" one in the same style. #AndersRPG #TTRPG #RPG

The screenshot shows the different types of medieval weapons used in ANDERS, with little numbers besides them to make it easier to find the corresponding description. All weapons are drawn in a more technical, pseudo-3D way (with colours, shadows, reflections, and lighting).

020

Rock Clan Productions @rock-clan.com · 21/11/2025

I started to get quotes from different artists, and since I'm on a tight budget, it looks like the core rule book's art style is going to be a bit more simple. Additionally, I decided to create some of the more "technical" illustrations myself, like e.g. these weapons. #AndersRPG #TTRPG #RPG

A screenshot showing some of the weapon illustrations which will be in the core rule book. The displayed weapons look quite realistic and more effective than what is typically used in most other fantasy RPG, which matches the more gritty and medieval vibe of ANDERS.

Rock Clan Productions @rock-clan.com · 12/11/2025

I had a blast doing my 3 introductory sessions for ANDERS at hal-con.com! People playing it especially liked the combat and the magic system - one of them even said "I really like it, it is much better than the one from D&D — it's more authentic." (about the combat system). #AndersRPG #TTRPG #RPG

A photo showing a table with 4 players smiling to the camera. On the table, in front of the GM screen on the right side of it, a coloured combat map can be seen with some unpainted miniatures, the group had just defeated the main enemy of the adventure (it was actually the main enemy of the first half of the full adventure, but since we only had 4 hours, I changed the introductory one-shot adventure a bit, with the second part — which is more of a "political puzzle" anyways, which could be solved with or without fighting — being solved through about 40 minutes of role-playing instead).
You can see a red-haired young girl on the left, two middle-aged men behind the table, and a younger man with long hair and glasses sitting in front of the table, his head turned about halfway to the camera.
