On the way home from a weekend camping, we dropped off the A31 into the New Forest, at Rufus Stone, for a little lunch picnic. Norman King William Rufus was apparently killed here by a stray arrow during a hunt in the year 1100. The memorial is visible in the photo. #NewForest #uk
