I find New England homes for Mississippi rescue kitties! Preparing for her new kitten, Templeton, an adopter asked what toys he likes. His foster’s response: "He plays with anything—balls, mice, crinkle toys. Spots on the floor. Pieces of fluff." 🐾 What do YOUR kitties love to play with?

Removing LGBTQ+ people from federal data collection doesn't make communities disappear—it makes them harder to see & serve. New HRC Foundation estimates show 12.03% of U.S. adults (25.6M) identify as LGBTQ+. Read the full report: communityinsights.hrc.org/research/lgb...

Today is International Left-handers Day. I noticed LGBTQ+ folks seem more often left-handed, turns out that's true. But bisexual people? Even more so. The BBC Sex ID Study found bi men and women report the highest rates of flexible hand preference of any group.
Bar chart titled "Self-Reported Rates of Mixed/Ambidextrous Hand Preference by Sexual Orientation," showing bisexual women at 16%, lesbian women and bisexual men both at 12%, and heterosexual women, gay men, and heterosexual men each at 8%.

On June 25, the International Imperial Court & the National LGBTQ Task Force added 7 icons to the National LGBTQ Wall of Honor at the Stonewall Inn. It was breathtaking to speak in honor of bi+ activist Loraine Hutchins, who passed in November. Loraine was a true bicon & dear friend of 35 years.

The display sits on a table draped with a red and orange fabric runner. I loved meeting the folks who attended my "Getting Bi" program last Thursday at NYU! I am so grateful to the Feminist Society for bringing me in to speak. It’s always a privilege to facilitate these conversations such an informed, thoughtful, and welcoming group! 💖💜💙 #BiVisibility #BiCommunity

This NYT essay by Tarek Ziad resonated for many reasons. He quotes his mother asking, "Well, aren’t you bi? You could choose to be with a woman then... You’re making your life harder on purpose." Enjoy this gift article. I'd love to hear your thoughts. www.nytimes.com/2026/03/15/o...
