Grow your own food to the extent you can. Make and/or repair your own stuff within your means and skillsets. Shop local, buy Canadian. Help each other. Our grandparents and great grandparents survived the Great Depression, we can get through this.

We are shopping local, farmers markets, local butcher shops etc. We are also making our own sauces, salad dressings, etc. When we buy in store we look for only Canadian or non-US goods. One benefit has been, maybe not surprisingly, my cholesterol is down. Elbows Up!
