Weekday CUSA with a catch of the week candidate from Sam Houston’s Kyan Berry-Johnson. Nothing better than G6 ball on a weeknight

Jacksonville State’s Garrison Rippa hits a field goal to give the Gamecocks the lead with 47 seconds and then FIU misses the game-tying kick as time expires. Heck of a game between FIU and Jax State. Not a bad way to start Week 7

FIU’s Maguire Anderson with one hell of a TD grab. Anderson is one of the most underrated WRs in the G6. He came into tonight with over 400 receiving yards and is already over 100 in the first half. Weekday CUSA never disappoints

Tennessee’s Xavier Gilliam (#2) was a monster against Arkansas. His lateral quickness, heavy hands, and pad level make him a terror. The Penn State transfer has played like a first-round pick for the Vols and leads all IDL in defensive stops (21) and ranks 2nd in pressures (22)

Look at the blocking on this Nyziah Hunter TD for Nebraska. The Cornhuskers aren’t messing around against Indiana. Last week, Matt Rhule put on an Emmy-level performance in Lanterns, and this week, he’s got the defending champs sweating

UCF has something in Josh Derry. He had over 100 yards against Houston last week and finds the end zone here against Oklahoma State. Derry was one of the best FCS WRs last year at Monmouth with over 1,100 receiving yards and 13 TDs

Drew Mestemaker’s mobility can be such an X-factor for Oklahoma State. Seeing that athleticism that got him on the field as a safety in high school. Arm talent and mobility you need in a franchise QB. (But I guess not enough to be a starting high school QB??)

Troy’s Donnie Smith is one of the most athletic players in the country. Just look at him attack this QB draw on third down. Smith was No. 17 on the Freaks List this year and reportedly hit 21 mph on the GPS with a 40” vert + 11’ broad.
