I haven’t read the news yet so here’s a nice photo for you.
Geese on the water, where the canal meets the Old Rhine. A row of houses can be seen across the river. It’s a lovely sunny morning.

my view while I am walking the dogs
The Old Rhine. Calm waters, clear skies. It’s cold and quiet. You can see new family houses across the river. It’s 17:10 and soon it will be dark- but not yet.

Night view of houses on the old Rhine. The waters are tranquil and the houses shine on the river against a sky lit up by Leiden.

Show me a game that was released during the year you were twelve. The Untouchables was an absolute waste of time. I had a bootleg copy of this for my Amstrad. I remember it fondly.

Braising is an excellent method for tenderizing tough meats, although I must clarify that Snuffleupagus, a fictional character from “Sesame Street,” is not a real animal and thus not a source of meat. However, for tough cuts of meat in general, a good approach is to braise at a low temperature for an extended period. Here’s a guideline you can follow:

	1.	Preheat your oven to around 325°F (163°C).
	2.	Sear the meat first on the stove-top to develop flavor.
	3.	Add liquid (like broth, wine, or water) and aromatics (like herbs, onions, or garlic).
	4.	Cover your pot or Dutch oven and place it in the preheated oven.
	5.	Cook for several hours. Tough cuts usually need about 2-3 hours, but larger pieces may need more time.

The key is to cook slowly and at a low temperature until the meat is fork-tender. Always check for doneness before serving.
