In my posh neighbourhood, filled with wealthy capitalist hotshot types, there's a bus stop where a bunch of kids go to hang out in the evenings. Sometimes, they'd smash stuff (while riding around in their e-bikes) and just be a nuisance. And each time, the neighbours would call the cops on them.
