At the end of the day, who would you rather have in the Senate? Platner or Collins? At this point I'd rather have Platner any day. The reality is that no one's ever going to have a perfect candidate. Focus on their agenda and whether it's something you can work with.

A report from The Guardian disclosed that the perpetrator recently lost a number of his family members, who were killed by Israeli missiles hitting Lebanon. There's no justification for what he did, but it appears there is an explanation. Violence begets violence.

I've worked on financing these kinds of conversions for clients. It's highly dependent on the building. Newer office buildings are harder for a number of reasons. It works better for historic properties, particularly if you can add historic preservation tax credits to the capital stack.
