Robin @robinshay.bsky.social · 26/09/2026There are even more dads than usual in Muswell Hill, and then I realised it's because PSB are playing at Ally Pally tonight 030
Robin @robinshay.bsky.social · 23/09/2026Shipped a major release at 2am because pushing to prod spontaneously in the middle of the night felt totally fine. Woke up this morning. It was not fine. Lesson learned: never wake up 1161
Robin @robinshay.bsky.social · 16/09/2026Nothing at work gets solved. It just gets a new slack channel. 170
Robin @robinshay.bsky.social · 16/09/2026Border control (especially in Paris) is always a mess. And the comfort in business class? So underwhelming. Why cram in so many face-to-face seats where there's no room for your legs? Come on. Don't get me started on the onboard service… Keep this up, and I'm going to start flying 🤯 130
Robin @robinshay.bsky.social · 09/09/2026Today I had lunch with two colleagues in Paris. We spent over an hour at the table enjoying three delicious courses and a bit of wine. They obviously smoked cigarettes between each course. Yep, I’m home. 1130
Robin @robinshay.bsky.social · 08/09/2026Say what you like about Eurostar, they’ve managed to serve me a meal that neither country wants to claim. Honestly they don’t even try anymore, a Tesco meal deal is probably 5x better. 130
Robin @robinshay.bsky.social · 27/08/2026Just had one litre of coffee and now I can hear my lines of code 1160
Robin @robinshay.bsky.social · 25/08/2026I checked the weather on my phone and concluded it’d be better if Manchester Pride was happening in Mallorca 160
Robin @robinshay.bsky.social · 17/08/2026I’ve been working in tech for 15 years, and I always end up defeated by a printer somehow. 3150
Robin @robinshay.bsky.social · 16/08/2026Is Manchester pride worth it? I’m thinking of a solo weekend getaway! 140
Robin @robinshay.bsky.social · 09/08/2026Yes it’s crazy when it comes to the lifestyle category. I only have real speedos or arena, and it’s £15-20 though 011
Robin @robinshay.bsky.social · 14/07/2026Being needed by people is not the same as being among them robinmonnier.com/the-founder-...robinmonnier.comThe Founder Who Stays InOne of the most social-looking jobs is quietly one of the loneliest. A quiet builder on the founder isolation nobody names. 160
Robin @robinshay.bsky.social · 15/06/2026Forbes 30 Under 30. Celebrated the only way that made sense: with the people who got me here. 💜 We also raised over £1,000 for the National Autistic Society, a cause woven into my story. Still buzzing. Thank you, all of you. 🥂 #Forbes30Under30 #NationalAutisticSociety 0100

Robin @robinshay.bsky.social · 13/05/2026Genuinely happy to see this in the newspaper I used to read as a kid with my parents at the kitchen table! 0220
Robin @robinshay.bsky.social · 01/05/2026Funny realisation: I spend a lot of “social time” on my own. Restaurants, clubs, soaking up the vibe of others, often on my phone, sure, but also reflecting. Same goes for long walks in London. It can feel strange being the only one alone, but it feels pretty normal to me. 090
Robin @robinshay.bsky.social · 15/04/2026I’ll be insufferable for a bit, but this means so much. Since I was 12, I’ve been building my own world because I didn't fit into the one around me. I used to stare at these lists and the icons on them, hoping to be there one day. Yesterday, it became a reality. The quiet work paid off! 1280
Robin @robinshay.bsky.social · 13/04/2026Technically it’s much harder to see the pain in the fucking ass now but yes 100% agree 010
