Quite frankly, she is the reason I try to draw a picture of Krystal every year. People in her community refer to it as Krystal Appreciation Month. She genuinely likes to reach out and connect with her fanbase.

I can only hope that if StarFox does well on Switch 2, there will be opportunities for them to expand their universe and reintroduce Krystal, Miyu, and Fay. I am sure Krystal's SFA VA would love a chance to voice her again.

We can only specilate what her life was like before StarFox Adventures. The original concept was quite different, so we have two different paths this character could have walked. And then her backstory was quickly forgotten after her rescue.

Another favorite Autobot. Generations Thrilling 30's Roadbuster. Roadbuster was originally 54AR Mugen Calibur from the anime Special Armor Calvary Duvack from 1983. The toyline did not do well until Hasbro gave him new life. I love that I can put his weapons wherever. #Transformers #Roadbuster

Generations Kup is probably my favorite version of Kup because it is a pretty accurate idea of what Kup would choose as an alt mode on Earth. A pickup truck that looks somewhere between modern and old fashioned. He has a great transformation and awesome weapon storage #Transformers #Kup

I ordered the upgrade kit for Legacy/SS86 Hound, and it really does make a difference. It fills out a lot of space and most importantly, gives his jeep mode a dashboard, steering wheel, and seats. Very nice. #Transformers #Deskbots #Hound

He now has seats in vehicle mode. And the leg panels help to cover his fists up a bit.

His back side without the upgrade kit. You got a big gap in his lower back and in his legs.

He has new feet, with toes that become the seats in vehicle mode. And little fillers fill in the holes in his inner thighs.

There was a 3 pack of Bumblebee, Optimus Prime, and Megatron where they had cybertronian energy deco, and I think it was a Toys R Us exclusive back in the day. Optimus had transparent red plastic.

Studio Series 86 Blurr, looking very much like his G1 appearance from the Transformers movie. He comes with his pistol and a welding torch to help repair the ship after it crashed on Junk. His paint apps are very nice and distinct. He has a great headsculpt as well. #Transformers #Deskbots

Superion, the combined mode of the Aerialbots. The difference is night and day,.and the devisiveness begins. In CW, the leg bots are visible from thenfront, and actually function as limbs. AoTP gives us a frame and the other bots bulk him up. #Transformers #Deskbots #BreakingDownTheCombiner

Combiner Wars Superion is a bit gangly snd a little dated, but the limb bots seem to serve more of a purpose. Stability and poseability may vary.

AOTP Superion is bulkier and gives us more poseability. He is also more stable and more toon accurate. That may be a problem for those who actually may want to see the bots that make up his legs. It is a debate for sure.
The cost of these guys is also a major sticking point..

Silverbolt is the leader of the Aerialbots. Turning into a Concord in the original G1, we can see that CW was going more for a fighter jet design opposed to the passenger jet design of the original. #Transformers #Deskbots #BreakingDownTheCombiner

Combiner Wars VS Age of the Primes Aerialbots. We start with Skydive, since he was the first Aerialbot I ever owned as a kid. In G1, he transformed into an F16 Falcon. AOTP seems to be closer to that design here. #Transformers #Deskbots #BreakingDownTheCombiner

Saw him at the store and decided today was the day I was going to pick him up. Studio Series Movie Thundercracker. He feels nice in the hand and he transforms nicely into a stylized F15 mode. #Transformers #Deskbots #Thundercracker

Here he in in jet mode. He is nice and long, and he is in a pleasant shade of G1 blue.

Compared to the Generations Thundercracker.

Robot mode has some nice rounded proportions. He is a nice solid figure.

Devastator is an Autobot's worst nightmare. Physically, he is greater than the sum of his parts, but mentally, those six minds are a destructive maelstrom of rage and anger, and the only constant is an urge to destroy everything in its path. #Transformers #Deskbots #BreakingDownTheCombiner

Devastator is very tall, but he is also very light, given that it feels hollow in places. Still, it is a very nice display piece.

Comparing his size to the combiner that was quite big in its day. Predaking, despite his height being dimunitive in comparison, feels more dense than Devastator.
