Last night I watched the first V/H/S found footage horror anthology. I discussed it with my buddies, and my homies and I are unanimous in that we wouldn’t put up much of a struggle if the nightclub succubus from the “Amateur Night” segment decided to murder us. #HorrorMovies

The original statue (i.e., the one I saw the first time I came here) was different. In 2018 they moved it inside the adjacent Toho Cinemas theater. The base has the Dr. Yamane quote inscribed on it: “I can’t believe that Godzilla was the last of his species.” #Tokyo #Japan #Godzilla #Kaiju

Indoors is a slightly smaller bronze Godzilla statue, designed to look like the original 1954 version. Godzilla is posed upright with his arms raised.

Took four hours, but I assembled the 921 piece 25th Anniversary LEGO Millennium Falcon I received as a birthday present. This was the most complicated set I’ve ever assembled. Lots of fun! #StarWars #LEGO

The Summer 2024 and Fall 2024 issues of New Edge Sword & Sorcery Magazine. The Summer issue features a full body portrait of CL Moore’s classic warrior woman character Jirel of Joiry on a white background. The Fall issue shows two warriors facing off, with a sorcerer and a giant leopard monster looming in the background.
