I say this as I reverse the polarity on a lithium ion battery to match what's in my keyboard. Time to see if it works or if I very suddenly need to order a new keyboard!

Hell yeah got World of Warcraft Forever running on the Steam Deck. The native controller support is lovely!

The film is written, directed, and co-stars Hitoshi Ozawa, a legendary Yakuza actor who is a villain in Yakuza 0, who got his fellow legends involved. This was his passion project inspired by one of his best friends, a trans woman, and he worked with the community for representative casting.

"I really enjoyed forgetting. When I first come to a place, I notice all the little details. I notice the way the sky looks. The color of white paper. The way people walk. Doorknobs. Everything. Then I get used to the place and I don't notice those things anymore."

This is such a clear and pathetic sign that highlights the difference between a massive global issue that people are genuinely concerned about and a deeply unserious culture war talking point. All said by a former congressman who stepped down due to credible statutory rape allegations.

Just came across a picture of this cough syrup and a very specific flavour memory came back.

So, after playing the demo, I don't think the new Hellraiser game is for me. It's too puzzley crafting meh for me. But the chills I got stepping out of the labyrinth and beholding Leviathan? Damn, that's beautiful.

On my main device, the koreader's plugins that allow me to update my hardcover (a cool version of goodreads) progress and pull in instapaper reads have made it essential. The progress sync also allows me to switch devices seamlessly. And now I'm once again thinking of starting my own server.

After a few months, I still get asked if the xteink x3 (the tiny ereader) is worth it and I'd say it depends. I think mostly it's a great and affordable device to show what a world without the amazon ecosystem is like and a low stakes gateway into modding. It also opens to the wonders of KOReader

Had another baby squirrel fall from a nearby tree. This one, sadly, was in bad shape. Blood, laboured breathing, gurgling breath. Sadly animal rescue said that euthanizing him would be the most compassionate option, as he probably wouldn't have made it through the night. Goodbye, little one. ❤️

Ao3 is great because you can read a beautiful summary like this and one of the tags would be something like "Dean Winchester railing Shaggy from Scooby-Doo"

Okay, yeah, the hand grinder is by far the best thing I've ever bought for my coffee set up. That first dialing in is a bitch, but I'm now pulling incredibly rich and smooth espresso on a consistent basis

The kids today will never know the transformative joy of movie soundtracks. The Crow, Batman Forever, Until The End of The World, Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels...so many good ones.

This will most likely go away in the winter when I move indoors, but for now, as I work on the porch of my building, I'm currently looking like my writing role model:
