Gray in midfield is a nice opportunity though prefer if he could with some experience next to him, the bench doesn't look great for depth, nice to see Min-Hyeok there. But really is bare bones isn't it. Wondering if Maddison is on the left?

Yeah, it would be a ray of sunshine in a dark season but would it change much next season? I dunno. There aren't many cups to win in general so it would be good for sure. Just feel it needs to be that + deeper squad, tweaks to way of playing

Yeah fair, I can buy that. I just think really we should be doing both, finishing top 4-6 and winning cups. But winning a cup this year, may be a high and light in a dark season, but unless it changed some other larger issues, nothing changes a year later

Genuinely impossible to replace, just more than goals - just the amount of timing when it mattered.

There's been a constant drive to win things for Spurs. But genuine question, if we won something and finished 11-15th would any of it make any long-term difference? Winning the Europa League may be a game changer but only if we actually improve year on year.

Considering where we are right now, injuries and well, not a squad of quality in depth - tho we have some high potential. It really does go to show that for years and years, even though we all loved him, under estimated how generational Kane was and is. Insane really how good.

I don’t reckon I’d recruit at all at 2 people. Keep the group tight, can easily cull. Much easier to manage narrative. Lose out on allies but don’t think that impacts much when it gets down to it. Lone wolf IMO. #TheTraitorsUK

Honestly, remarkable with the squad we have. Lot of credit to them all and the coaches, should have got another at least IMO. Will be tough away from home, but a month is a long time in football. Doubt many people in the media will mention Ange’s shift in approach either. Fantastic win.

We don’t know how good or how much potential the new GK has. But it is quite interesting that we’ve signed someone for seemingly long term, quickly. Which maybe speaks to a n actual strategy on the playing side. Now they need to do it 3-4 times more in Jan to make a difference.

My washing machine has just broken and leaked all over the kitchen. Which is a great way to start the day, followed by Spurs with probably 4 first team players at a 1230 KO. Smashing on Newcastle seems the only logical next step here.

Really is a battle for who is worst between Spurs and United results wise, United I'd say are much, much worse though.
