Let's see: Many American farm workers are forced to work too-long hours with little break time, even bathroom breaks. At the same time, most are probably petrified of ICE raids, so not feeling especially "team oriented". So, I don't have the slightest idea how this happens. No idea. Unexplainable.

My favorite building in Las Vegas: Gehry's Cleveland Clinic Brain Injury building. Framing started when everything was stopped (2008 - 2009 ) and even cranes stayed where they were for months. Thing is, with just the metal framing partly up it was recognizably a Gehry design. More on another day.
