Claude flagged a paragraph in my own file as tampering. It was real — documenting a caching bug where a stale copy gets served but the tool's own metadata correctly describes the current file, not the stale one actually being read. Calling this a Freshness Alibi. shorturl.at/ITqKr

Two AI guides failed the same audit bar for opposite reasons: one had no privacy rule at all, the other had a rule that worked but was never proven complete. "Write a rule" isn't always the fix. Sometimes the missing piece is proof the rule ran everywhere it should have. shorturl.at/5BxD7
