Art made for a Nim Vind poster featuring the man’s eyes and a cosmic motif. Color, original ink, and the final poster. Simple but bold. At the time of posting, this show is tonight 3/22/26 in San Diego at Ken Club with @mortalfoilband.bsky.social (my new side band). 🪐✨👁️🔪 #horrorpunk

Heres what the poster looked like and some other unused ideas for the single art.

Another idea for @thewrithers.bsky.social “Drown (in the Swamp)” single artwork that ended up being used for an alternate poster for 2024’s Summer of Terror Tour with @ourfrankenstein.bsky.social & @antania.bsky.social. 🌊 #horrorart #illustration #tourposter #creaturefromtheblacklagoon #swampmonster

My illustration for @thewrithers.bsky.social’ 2024 single “Drown”. I spent way too much time sketching, re-drawing, and getting lost in the details with this piece. Even so, I’m still happy with how this bug-eye, cool-guy, swamp creature turned out. 🚬🕶️🐟 #albumart #music #horrorart #illustration

First in a series of loose ink sketches I drew about a year ago that I liked so much I wanted to fine tune / finish them. I don’t remember having any particular thoughts or inspiration for this astronaut doll explorer woman. Just comfortable. #ink #blackwork #illustration #cosmichorror #spacegirl

For @thewrithers.bsky.social last release “Bug Stuff” I modeled various approximations of insects and took a bunch of different pictures of them to cluster the together the shape of the title. 🪳🪲🪱🪰 #modelingclay #bugs #thewrithers #albumart #wouldyoustilllovemeifiwasaworm

I wish I spent more time drawing this year but I do enjoy the things that I did make. While I do want to work on more involved creative projects, I want to draw more for me. To relax and enjoy making again. Here’s to 2025! #artsummary2024 #artsummary #artvsartist #artvsartist2024

My 25 most listened to albums of 2024 and a frame from a video selfie I took at a goth night and never shared. Had fun challenging myself to listen to mostly recent music and track brand new releases. I’ll be sharing my top album releases of 2024 later this week. Happy New Year.

Another piece of ink art I did that turned into a flyer and never posted in my gallery. While the show it was used for wasn’t vaporwave, that’s the vibe I was aiming for. 💧 #inkart #blackwork #illustration #surreal #surrealart #experimental #lineart #robertmakes #art #artistsonbluesky

The original albums for comparison… I will note that I did do quite a lot of copying/stamping/photoshop work with the KFC Murder Chicks parody to get as many of those grimy details as possible without trying to figure out how to replicate the distortion techniques used.

I attempted to go all classic with hand-drawn, cutout collage pieces but I ended up adjusting elements in post. #behindthescenes #wip
