On the heels of the Honey/PayPal affiliate lawsuits, affiliates are also taking aim at the Capital One Shopping browser extension. The affiliates say that, like Honey, Capital One swaps out it own cookie for the affiliate's right before the customer completes a purchase:

Brands that hire models or creators: pay attention to when your usage terms expire. Set up a system to track this. This is the third lawsuit I've seen this week brought by a model who found their images being used after the usage term expired.
