Started making this for breakfast a year ago. It has been life changing. - 1 cup short grain sushi rice in rice cooker - 2 eggs steamed on top for 5 mins - mix above together with soy sauce - top w Kewpie & furikake - fry smoked kielbasa - bake crispy 2 hash browns Feeds two. Phenomenal.

You can't see her very well but our jumping spider Pearl just passed away today :( She spent her final days stalking her biggest meal ever and caught it yesterday. She was probably a boy because she died not long after her last molt.
