I see the taxiway closure in the ATIS but unless I'm missing it in the sea of other taxiway issues at JFK, not seeing an active NOTAM closing the taxiway F turnoff?

Meanwhile Elevate BUR full new terminal is about to open (hope I didn't just jinx it) and I believe started construction later, finished earlier, and cost less than half than skylink
