I ran out of the Dr Who exhibition in Blackpool as a child in tears at the spiders cocooning up the people to eat them . Why my parents thought sending me in alone was a wise idea still baffles me.

I used to live there in my 20’s. The first rig that went there caught fire by the dockside

The docks in Haifa, Isreal when I was loading out our equipment to the offshore rig . As we use radioactive sources in our tools the amount of paperwork etc to get them in Isreal was astronomical! #AlphabetChallenge #WeekMforMachinery

Well labour really does seem to have it in for pensioners, first winter fuel allowance , now the triple lock... and a proposed social care system that actively penalises people who built up a private pension. Free if you only have a state pension to subsist on. Welcome to the asylum/workhouse
