I finished Tojima Wants to be a Kamen Rider. Absolutely excellent, the music was outstanding thanks to TeddyLoid and I can't recall the last time I watched an anime with fights that were this enhanced by the SFX. Half the punches sounded like they were using recordings of actual gunshots.

I watched all of A Witch in Mongolia today. It was wretched, I didn't enjoy it in the slightest, the whole thing felt like desperately sweaty prestige bait without any of the skills needed to back it up. I hope it never receives a second season and gets memory holed as soon as possible.

Hit some pretty good milestones today, I haven't officially reached the 20lbs lost mark yet (3lbs away from it) but for the first time in two years I put on my 34" waist pants and they fit comfortably 🎉 So to celebrate I went for a hike and busted ass to get my 15 km time well under 3 hours.

It's with a heavy heart today that we had to put down Sprout after he developed kidney troubles. He was my biggest and smuggest boy who over the course of his 18 years grew from a wee kitten to a 25lb chonker. His chirps and exceptional cuddles will be missed by all.
