I know it breaks your heart to see those feral strays out in the streets. It does hurt, and in my neighborhood, some people don't get their cats and dogs spayed or neutered either. 🤬 That's not even the worst part, those same people often don't bother with vaccines for their pets either.

Grocery store prices in rural Alaska right now. Most goods here come by barge or plane, so life here has always cost more. But this? This is as bad as it's ever been. This is what the price-hiking war in Iran is costing Alaskans. Dan Sullivan has now voted for it 14 times.

Anyone who has followed me for a while knows about Merlin. 🐈‍⬛️ He was a stray that hung around my house off and on for 5 years. The only time I ever got him to come inside was back in January during a snowstorm. After that he disappeared. I'm not sure if this is Merlin, but it sure looks like him! 😺
