B300s will have a 1 year pay back. A single server will cost north of $11m. So you can see the life of a 5 year stack will be extremely profitable. Compute in general is in such high demand that token prices on B200 are actually going up.

I'm sorry but the American public is quite ignorant.

You are making the same argument as the Republicans that by exporting all immigrants that home prices will go down. Austin Texas build a massive amount of supply and you know what happened? Prices went down. That's with the addition of 40k new residents since 2021.

No he's correct, but it's not good for the US economy. Immigration what what allowed the US economy to outperform the rest of the world from 2021-2024. That's the reason the US GDP was the best in the world.

This is exactly true just not how you think. The wage gap that widened from 1980-2019 reversed from 2020-2024 while Biden and the Democrats were in charge. The bottom wage earners saw the fastest wage growth.

And they should never do it again. Not being a jerk but 85% went to red districts and as soon as they had power the Republicans pulled the funding for this. The result is 500,000 less jobs. Most in red districts. If the Republicans don't want them then don't invest there in the future.

The building is still there though the restaurant that was in the current space closed in 2024.

Democrats did this. Republicans ended the funding for it (and about 500,000 jobs)

In 2018 the IEA estimated that the US would have 40GW of total battery storage by 2050! Looks like the US will install that much this year.

Was just looking at Texas fuel mix today. 80% from solar, Wind and Nuclear. 5 years ago Texas barely had any solar (3% of capacity).

The IRA had a massive $300B clean energy bill within it. 85% of those projects went to red states. Guess what the Republicans did when they got back in control? Cancelled the projects. Definitely next time they should not put them in states with Reps who dont care about their voters.

In June 2025 ERCOT's generation interconnection queue was a total of 420,381 MW of proposed generation capacity, battery projects account for 177,929 MW. This surpasses solar, which comprises 161,677 MW; wind, with 41,414 MW; and natural gas, which accounts for 35,260 MW.

Davies & Son used to be on Hanover St. before moving to Savile Row. A wonderful artisan drew the outside of the buildings of the original locations for most of The Row, and Davies & Son's made suit linings and pocket squares. You can visit 19-20 Hanover now a pub called The Slug and Lettuce.

@jrfhanger.bsky.social Texas grid today at 93% Solar/Wind/Nuclear. Can see it getting to 100% on day in 2027.

Yesterday right around mid day, Texas was powering 71% of the grid with Wind and Solar and another 10% nuclear. So much excess capacity that nearly 9% of grid going to charging battery storage. Remember in 2021 solar was about a donut in Texas.
