Got a helpful reminder that when feeling frustrated or flat, it’s good to reflect on how far you’ve come! Whilst I’m not where I want to be (not dropping weight like it’s no tomorrow), I am in a far better place (physically & mentally). After-all, it’s a marathon not a sprint 😘
