anyway I beat him so I guess that means I'm at least a little bit good at the game :)? Sora gets to have a chicken wing dinner

KH2 screenshot, frame of the end of the Sephiroth battle where i beat Sephiroth and he's beaten and I win, and also I get 1 more drive gauge now by the way, and also I won and I win

if you can’t beat him, pose your dog next to him and pretend they’re friends

beat kingdom hearts 2 a few hours ago, I like it!!! 🙌 don’t know what else to say right now, so uh, here’s a little bit of my initial reaction upon reaching the credits earlier I guess lol

Screenshot of some messages I sent in a Discord server. what I (awkwardly) said:

“got around to beating KH2 finally. Really great cool game and it’s good and I like it.”
“Also Riku is lowkey gay as hell.”

12 minutes later: “they try to make us forget about Riku’s gayness by putting a disney hetslop compilation in the credits mini scenes LOL”

No idea what you mean by this, but heck yeah I think

優しい言葉をありがとうございます 🙏 Fortunately this is my last semester in college, so I just gotta keep my eyes on the light at the end of the tunnel… As irritating as it is, this is just a minor roadblock in the grand scheme of things :,)

I’m mad lmao. Why didn’t you communicate anything about the delay at all. Why couldn’t you have posted this at the start of last week instead of having it spill into this one. I could’ve finished so much earlier. I could’ve been playing KH2 right now

010

Devin @rivervalor.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

yeah let’s have an online class, but not actually post the week’s assignment requirements until Friday and it’s the most annoying assignment yet so there’s no way I’d be able to submit on time and now it’s interfering with fall break time and messing up my previous plans. that’s cool. thanks

Devin @rivervalor.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

Really regretting signing up for one of my classes, but it’s way too late to switch and I need the course credit, so what can ya do. Just gotta tank it I guess

Happy birthday to my sibling and happy birthday to my cousin, and also apparently happy birthday to the guy I coincidentally met today who ran in a mayoral primary earlier this year (he was chill to be clear, he’s leftist and around my age). small world or somethin I guess lol

“the curtains were just blue, there is no sexism in media, it’s not that deep, stop thinking or talking about fiction in a non-superficial way, it doesn’t actually mean anything, stop making me uncomfortable, fiction is not worth thinking about, turn your brain off and consume uncritically :)”

when people talk about sexism in a piece of media and I see someone respond with “it’s not that deep bro,” it kinda pisses me off man. what do you MEAN “it’s not that deep” to THIS topic of all things, you are either trolling or deeply ignorant lmao 💀 maybe listen to the points being made first??

it genuinely makes me question, like, what is the appeal at this point? is it literally *only* because you’re scared you might go to hell if you don’t stifle your existence? is that the entire backbone of your belief, fear?? Are you actually okay with that?

never fully understood what distinguishes Christian denominations from each other. but I guess now I know that Baptists frustrate me. as far as I can tell from being talked to by one, they just seem detrimentally fundamentalist. makes it sound suffocating and exhausting and uninteresting. get me out

just like a time during a loop, the fall sale appears again, and again, and again... overwhelmingly positive, 7/10 on the woke scale, made-people-cry timeloop rpg In Stars and Time is on sale. store.steampowered.com/app/1677310/...

They don’t tell you this, but most Sonic games aren’t actually bad

this extends to those youtubers who are all about lovely stuff like "games are art! games should be respected! be more curious about things you love!" yet turn their nose up when they see a sonic game. I see how it is you fuckers

people forming their video game opinions on whatever youtubers say has many negative impacts but one that’s always a sore spot to me is whenever people refuse to give a game a fair shot just because it happens to have notable glitches or is buggy

i gotta play final fantasy 10. still don’t know anything about it, all I know is that I finished the Hercules world plotline in Kingdom Hearts 2 and I already miss having Auron in my party, I want him back on my screen immediately lmao

the word "aura" is derived from "auron", a character from popular playstation two game "final fantasy x", and means "embodying a state where you are cool like auron"

Guys I like kingdom hearts. It’s fun and good and cool. I like when Sora is there, I like that guy. I like when Goofy says “boil.” I like when Donald says “a”

I like how I started a kh2 playthrough thread but didn’t actually keep posting in it as I’ve been progressing LOL. I just didn’t feel like it man. Too busy playing the game to livepost about it I guess
