Be Social How might you go about being social in the writing community on social media? Join peer groups and participate. Support fellow genre authors with comments, shares, etc. The writing community is very supportive if you participate.

I love how welcoming and encouraging the editing community is. Freelancing is definitely hard, but it's made so much easier by having people in your corner who've been through it and can offer resources and advice. You all are amazing at what you do!!!

Currently reading Katabasis by Kuang and I can tell I'm in for a wild ride. It's amazing when an author starts a story in medias res; you feel like you know everything while knowing nothing at all. (P.S. Babel absolutely shattered me so if Katabasis has anything similar in store, wish me luck 🫠)
