(The Secret Of) The Untitled Planet

Pulp sci-fi painting depicting a panorama of an alien planet in the midst of an implied cosmic hyperwar. The landscape is dotted with phallus-shaped rock outcroppings. On the glans of one such mountain, a curvy but muscular warrior woman poses for the painting, wearing an outlandish golden crown, wielding a saber and holding a shield shaped like a vagina. She is accompanied by a green alien amazon of a somewhat reptilian persuasion. Damaged statues of muscular men and women - as well as ruined structures of a defeated empire - slowly submerge into the desert sands while a duo of penis-shaped starships zooms by. Enormous planets float in the night sky above the scene.

Happy belated Birthday to @roboticsteve.bsky.social! Koban #Cat #Saber is here to bring you good fortune! (Or to pile-drive you into oblivion; I forgot which ... 😅) Thanks to @agonwolfe.bsky.social for excellent anatomy advice! #anthro #feline #ringcats #wrestler #wrestling #muscle #dawgweazle

Fierce cat wrestler Saber from @roboticsteve.bsky.social's web comic "Ring Cats" poses with raised arms and fists in a white and red, gold-trimmed top and shorts. A pattern of koban gold coins is behind her; Japanese writing to her left and right says "maneki-neko".

Bit belated, but here is my take on Saber!

I ran into this piece of advice recently. It's related to politics, but it very well suits for writing sci fi

Screenshot that reads:

How to prognose the future:

False: imagine something credible, believable, sensible

Correct: imagine something so ridiculous, that no sci fi publisher would accept it for publication

E.g. “first robotized war in history, screamers-style will be fought by Russia vs Ukraine”

‘Coyote vs. Acme’ includes a message in the film’s end credits thanking the audience for saving the film: “Dedicated to everyone who posted, shared, held up signs and spoke out when it counted. This film made it to the big screen because of you.”

Surprise final contestant for @ritualistcomics.bsky.social ‘s big 20 year bash, it’s Maggie showing her stuff! (She’s a talented craftswoman and @dj-jessy.bsky.social taught her some FBB poses.) #ritualist #fbb #musclegirl #musclegoth #musclegrowth #fmg #gothgirl #ritualist20years #breastexpansion

A short comic of a small thin goth woman competing in a bodybuilding competition, to the bafflement of the judge. Her gf is in the crowd unbothered. The goth proceeds to channel the magic out of a trinket she’s wearing, using it to outgrow her clothes and transform into a tall muscular amazon, much to the judge’s surprise. In a final splash panel her girlfriend in the audience is about to defibrilate the judge.
