Jason Q would've been aware of Serena's birth (to his ex-stepmother lol), but Jason Morgan was already in full thug mode when Serena was a young child back in Port Charles (on PC)... the shows existed in same universe w/ constant crossovers. Alan and Monica def knew and interacted w/ Serena #GH

Only religious practice I'm aware of is a woman covering her shoulders in a temple, even if she's not religious. And in some denominations it's considered more respectful to wear a skirt or dress But if you're religious enough to cover your arms, you'd never show that much skin lol, even in summer
