I’m only posting it now because I’ve been so swamped that I missed the right moment. Never mind, the joy was in the creation and I had a great time! Thanks flyinlaboratory for the opportunity!

In September, my subscribers followed the creation of my version of the flyinlaboratory (www.instagram.com/flyinlaborat...) 's DTIYS through my Sunday posts. I loved the idea and the reference so much. A remake of a classic, of course I had to give it a go!
A color illustration representing a character who is only seen as a reflection in a mirror whose golden frame is richly crafted. These ornaments cover the mirror in some parts, forming a G as on all Ghost grucifix.
In front of the mirror is a small table with a salmon-colored marble top, on which are placed a pot of blue flowers, and the protagonist’s hat and cane.
This person is the Cardinal Copia, standing in front of the mirror, looking to see if he looks good in his white snake-skin suit. He pulls on the edge of his jacket to smooth it over his chest.

Old One, Master #thebandghost Original: Allegory of Satan (Lord of the World) by Ludwik Stasiak
An homage to "Allegory of Satan (Lord of the World)" by Ludwik Stasiak. Papa V Perpetua, with bat wings and wearing a black cassock adorned with skeletal fingers attached to the pellegrina, sits on a golden lion throne. Roses lie near the golden dais. The skulls of all previous Papas lie scattered around, alongside a ghoul mask and Copia's red biretta. Two earrings worn by Sister Imperator in the music video for "Kiss the Go-Goat" lie on the ground among the skulls.

Just a reminder that I'm now on Patreon. I'm still finding my way around, but I've noticed that this platform is quite complete. In addition to the Sunday posts (which you can subscribe to for €4 each month) I can make the same public posts as I would on any other social media platform.

I guess it's a pretty good sign that I still enjoy looking at the details. Every little wrinkle and every little pimple, hehe

Whereas now, if I decide to spend ten more hours adding details to an illustration, it's just natural.

Sketch VS finished When I make this sort of comparison, I think back to my younger self in the early 2010s, when I was just starting to force myself to work on backgrounds to learn the craft and I was convinced I’d never have the patience to get there.
An image split into two parts. At the top is a sketch of the lower section, which is a finished version. The sketch depicts humanoid silhouettes, with no details to indicate what sort of creatures they are. The silhouettes, however, have very distinctive poses, appearing either to have been taken by surprise or to be rushing and crowding together in a heap to get closer to something high up. The final version at the bottom is rich in detail, revealing that these are skeletons and partially reconstructed human bodies. Their skin and bones range from dark grey-green to fluorescent green, imbued with necromantic magic.

I haven’t done many big projects since then, this year has been quite eventful, not always for the best, and hasn’t left me much time for ambitious fan art.
The description is the same as for the first image, but the frame is wider and shows more of the length of the dress, whose folds, fluttering in the air, make the thread of the embroidery, depicting the same inverted cross as that on the mitre, glisten.

I feel like republish some of my older work, highlighting details or anecdotes. Around one year ago, I was finishing this artwork. Here's a close up view because I was really happy with the details.
A colour illustration depicting a figure whose attire is reminiscent of that of a clergyman. He wears a mitre adorned with jewels and embroidery, to which is attached an inverted cross made up of complete or partial skeletons. He also wears a purple and black papal robe, which is likewise richly decorated. The fabrics are embroidered with patterns and adorned with sparkling grey jewels.
The figure towers over us and looks down at us from his great height, making us seem very small.

Annoucement picture saying : Reopening and update of the ko-fi shop! 3 new items : artzine 2025 physical copy, artzine 2025 PDF copy and the Nightmare stickers. The only downside : At the moment, it still not possible to ship to europe.
I am waitin for europe to take micro-musinesses into account and offer a simplified, low-cost system.
However, I've set up a print on demand service for european customers.Europeans, you can buy the zine from a UK link. (there will be a small customs charge)
If you're in Germany it's even better, you can get the zine from a local link.

I also have a link for Australians. (you can buy the zine on ko-fi, but since the printer has a local PoD shop I think it's interesting for shipping costs.)

Find all the links on my CARRD in my bio! Please note : of these three links, only the UK one offers international delivery.
The DE and AU links only offer local delivery.

That's the best I can offer you at the moment.
Alternatively, there's always the option of getting the ArtZine in digital format on ko-fi.

Check the Carrd link in my bio.

About a year ago, I posted this ink drawing for my Ko-Fi subscribers. The best hatched clouds I’ve ever drawn. This drawing is included in the ArtZine 2025 which was available for pre-order this summer.
A drawing in black ink on a parchment-coloured background, depicting a cardinal standing in an abandoned cemetery. The sky is overcast, and some of the graves are so old that their crosses are partially destroyed or have even fallen completely to the ground.

If you missed it, you’ll soon have another chance, as things didn’t go quite as well as I’d hoped with my sales, I had to cancel quite a few. As a result, I’ve got stock to put on the Ko-Fi shop, and I’m really hoping to sell it all.

I unveiled this drawing during my zine pre-order campaign, so I figured I might as well share it properly. If I were to create illustrated stories, like fairy tales and legends, I'd illustrate them in this style, which I really love. I hope you like it, too!
It is a black-ink drawing on a yellowed parchment background. It depicts two figures partially visible within a woven tapestry hanging on a wall. A nun is seated high up on some rocks, looking down at a man, Dracopia, who is standing facing her, his hands raised with his palms facing upward as if he were arguing with her. He is positioned on a part of the scene that extends beyond the edges of the tapestry.Close up on the nun, She is surrounded by foliage climbing up the rocks. The moon shines in the sky.Close-up of Dracopia. We see him from behind, so all we can see is his bat-winged cape, with the tailcoat of his suit sticking out from underneath.

This is a little sneak peek at a short comic I drew this year as part of my Sunday posts on Ko-Fi. It’s a project I managed to keep up at the desired pace throughout the year, which is a victory for me.
An ink drawing depicting a rat with its mouth open, its eyes bulging and laughing, whilst being held in a hand wearing a black leather glove. The space all around the rat is filled with writing evoking laughter: “hahaha”.
In the bottom right-hand corner, a smaller panel also shows this rat being held in a hand, it appears calmer and is shouting “stop!”
