90%+ chance the sender of this email is Marco Rubio. On January 1st, 2016, there was a Republican caucus. 5 candidates beat Jeb Bush in 2016. Only one candidate beat him with only a single district, and that's Marco Rubio. The U.S DOJ tried to claim it was a victim's name.
