We have biomarkers in #LongCovid, including results from scans and tissue biopsies, to name a few. Trials and treatments (where possible) should revolve around these findings, in addition to using symptom-based questionnaires. But many I see revolve around the questionnaires ..

Dieses "Reha"-Projekt war nach eigenen Angaben speziell an ME/CFS angepasst. Ergebnis: 45% der Teilnehmer*innen verschlechterten sich. Eine Quote, die bei anderen Interventionen (z.B. Medikamente) nicht akzeptiert würde. "Reha" ist für Menschen mit ME/CFS nicht sicher, der medizinische Zweck unklar.

Today I presented on the #ethical harms and logical errors of the many #child abuse allegations in pediatric #LongCovid and #MECFS. This was part of the Socrates Stichting Summercourse. The audience was clearly shocked and moved. Lets hope, this is another drop towards change.
